MUST(s)
1. Cut down on my diet . BREAKFAST & LUNCH
IS JUST ENOUGH !
2. Try to complete 1/2 of holiday assignments .
3. Get into bed as early i can . I heard it's good
for complexion if you sleep early ?
4. Drink at least 5 or 6 bottles of
500ml mineral
water.
Fyi : drinking alot of water is also good
for complexion too.
5. Eat more fruits/vegetables protions .
**IT'S DEFINATELY A BIG 'NO' TO OILY/ FRIEDFOOD ! **
